1972 Born in Kyoto1996 Master’s degree in Science and Technology, Ritsumeikan University
1998 Graduated from the Kyoto Municipal Institute of Industrial Technology, ceramics course
1999 Graduated from the Kyoto Prefectural Technical College of Ceramics
Became an apprentice of Koshun Takashima II
2005 Took the name of Koshun Takashima
2012 Became a certified Traditional Craftsman of Kyo-yaki/ Kiyomizu-yaki pottery
Was certified as a Kyoto City’s Master Craftsman of the Future
